Being full of courage to bring a fresh look at regional advertising, in 2010 Dmitry has founded his own creative agency in his native Volgograd.

Since then TUTKOVBUDKOV collected over half of a hundred of international awards, got Gold Lion and was nominated for Grammy.

As Dmitry, creative director and leader of the agency, sais – all these is thanks to fresh ideas in the open air which his team regularly finds on the terrace of their office on the very bank of Volga river.
