Irina is in advertising for 7 years. Currently is responsible for art direction at Salmon Graphics annually included into TOP-10 Creativity Ranking of Belarusian agencies being a holder of over 60 awards during 2012-2017.

Has for several times participated in Young Lions Belarus in design and print categories where was awarded with a silver.

Participated in creation of projects awarded at local and international festivals, including KIAF, LAMA, aDNaK!.
