Came to advertising and branding business in 2002. In 2009 she founded branding agency АVC providing all kinds of strategic and creative work in the sphere of branding. Since 2016 the agency is a member of Association of Communications and Marketing Agencies of Belarus.

Among agency's clients there are such brands as Santa Bremor, Savushkin,Heineken Belarus, Сoca-Cola Hellenic, UNFPA, Oazis Group, A-100 Development, Belagroprombank, Belinvestbank, Slodych, Vegas, MAV, Valeant, Vitus Pharm and others.

For many times Olga was a jury member at international marketing and advertising festivals.Author of numerous master-classes and seminars. 

Projects created under her direction were shortlisted and awarded at such festivals as Red Apple, White Square, Ad Black Sea, KIAF, Idea!, Golden Hammer, LAMA, Yerevan International Communications Biennale, Adnak.

The bright event is agency team’s victory in Young Lions in Design category in Cannes in 2013.
