Vicky started his career in BGS d’ARCY as Junior Copywriter in 1997. Then, he moved to DLV BBDO where he was soon appointed Creative Director. Then he moved to DDB as Group ECD and finally in 2009 he arrived in Y&R.

For the last 8 years he has been working at Y&R Italy as Chairman, CCO and Global Creative Board Member.

He has been named four times Creative Director of the Year, leading the agency to be awarded as Best Holistic Agency, and three times Digital Creative Director of the Year, bringing Y&R to the title of Best Digital Agency for three years in a row.

In 2017, under Vicky’s direction Y&R created the most awarded Italian campaign in Cannes, Chat Yourself,  and was the most awarded EMEA Agency in Mobile category.

He has been member of EMEA Facebook Creative Council and up to now is one of the most awarded and influential Italian creative directors in the world.

He was the first creative director who faced in Italy in 2005, when he was working with DDB, the challenge of building a culturally integrated agency which included atl, digital, PR and technology development.

During his career he has been part of the main local and international juries including Cannes, Clio, Eurobest, NYF etc.
