Came to advertising in 2005. Since 2009 has been developing his first business – digital agency COXO. In 2011 has co-founded independent agency GRAPE in Ukraine.

In 2016 GRAPE has been named The Most Creative Digital Agency in Ukraine.

Among the awards there are prizes of The FWA, Awwwards, CSSDA, Effie, Golden Hummer, Facebook studio awards and others. In client list there are such brands as L’Oreal, Unilever, Renault, Pepsi, Intel, Syngenta, OLX, Prom.

Today GRAPE offers the services in the sphere of consulting, creative and digital services in Ukraine, Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

Based on results of 2017 Yury was included into TOP-50 Entrepreneurs of the Year.

He is an author of the course on Digital Strategy for the students of the leading MBA school in Ukraine.
